You don’t often see hanging pots complete with everything including the chain, but that’s what you get with this set of 9 hanging planters. At 8″ across, they are a bit small, but they’ll be perfect for a kitchen herb garden on the front porch.Every pot has a drainage hole in the bottom with a removable plug to contain any runoff. My set was short one plug, but it wasn’t a flaw big enough to deduct a whole star. Also included are drainage inserts to hold your potting soil above the runoff below.The planters are made of a somewhat thin yet hard plastic that won’t hold up to extreme winters, so they’ll need stored indoors during the off season. All-in-all, this is a nice complete set of hanging pots for plants that don’t need a ton of root space. They offer good drainage and even include the hanging chains. It’s a good value at the current price and the included mini garden tools are a great bonus. They’re so cute!

The planters were smaller than the pictures appeared, the pictures gave the impression that they were a bit larger.The material was flimsier than we thought it would be and one of the planters was cracked around the drainage hole when we opened the box.

The plastic for the pots is very thin and flimsy, but it feels sturdy enough for what it is. They have a tray in the bottom to reduce watering needs. Somehow, the chain is the finest chain I’ve ever seen on a hanging pot. Overall I actually highly recommend these for smaller hanging pot applications.
