Car crash involving Bryan Robson, former England and Man United captain

Former England football captain, Bryan Robson, was involved in a car crash on his way to watch his former club, Manchester United, take on Everton. Robson was driving his £84,000 Mercedes S350d and was hit from behind by another vehicle. Although the collision caused damage to the bumper and boot of Robson’s car, there were no reported injuries. Police closed a lane to clear the debris from the road. Robson was later seen at the game, where Manchester United beat Everton 2-0.
