Thomas Tuchel Targets Chelsea’s Anthony Barry for Bayern Munich Coaching Staff

Thomas Tuchel, the new manager of Bayern Munich, has set his sights on bringing in Anthony Barry, the highly-regarded coach from Chelsea and Portugal. Tuchel, who replaced Julien Nagelsmann, is looking to add trusted allies to his backroom staff, including Barry, and Chelsea is bracing themselves for a fight to keep him. Barry has international experience working with Belgium, Portugal, and the Republic of Ireland. Tuchel rates Barry extremely highly after previously working with him at Chelsea where they won the Champions League together. However, there is no indication on whether Barry would be interested in leaving or if Chelsea would allow him to speak to Tuchel about moving to Germany. Bayern Munich currently trail Borussia Dortmund by a point in the Bundesliga.
