Ex-Tottenham player asserts that Harry Kane must depart to secure titles or face regret.

William Gallas Weighs in on Harry Kane’s Future at Tottenham Hotspur

Former Spurs defender, William Gallas, has voiced his opinion on the persistent debate surrounding Harry Kane’s future at Tottenham Hotspur. Gallas, who played for Spurs between 2010 and 2013, believes that Kane won’t be able to lift a trophy unless he moves on to pastures new.

Gallas cited his good relationship with Spurs chairman, Daniel Levy, during his time at the club but suggests that Kane’s price tag of £100 million, at thirty years old, is fair. He added that Kane needs to leave to win trophies, and if he doesn’t leave, he will regret it later in his career.

While Kane has individual records, Gallas feels the striker needs to lift a Premier League trophy, and the only way to do this is to leave Spurs. According to Gallas, Levy’s tactics make it difficult for Tottenham to succeed, which poses a challenge for the club’s next manager.

“The next manager that goes into Tottenham has to accept the situation at the club, and I wonder if the very top managers will”, suggested Gallas.
