I ordered plants for my classroom and due to an extreme heat wave in my area, the plants got damaged before they arrived at my house. When I inquired to the provided contact (on the card that came with the package), they communicated with me quickly. All I was looking for was some advice about how to help the plants recover and they were so kind and replaced them all for me! My students are so excited and we are going to use the recovering plants as a part of lessons on taking care of and recognizing our needs. It was a great purchase!

Out of 4 plants received, only one was in very bad shape and likely will go to the compost. Why dont they put names on the plants? I spent at least 45 minutes trying to identify each one online so I could read how to care for them. The best one I received was a Chinese Money Plant. So cute and healthy looking! I also received a Snake Plant, a little beat up, NOT from shipping, it was old damage that had healed over. A Purple Waffle Plant, which is the one that arrived dead, and a Dracaena, which was in decent shape but had been bent a bit in the packing process. Overall, I think they were a pretty good deal for the price.

Ok so 3 stars because I âwill hopefullyâ enjoy 3 of the 4 plants I ordered. The plants I received werenât in the best shape. Especially the snake plant. The plants were in very loose soil and all 4 plants had lots of dying leaves that I needed to prune right away. One plant had a spider on it which leads me to believe there were other pests I couldnât see. Luckily I had fresh soil and neem oil available. The Snake Plant was the absolute worst of the bunch! I had to prune its droopy thin brown leaves down to just 3⦠and since this is a slow growing plant, I probably wonât see any beauty for a very long time, if at all. I wonât be buying from this seller again.

They take to the repotting easily and grow like CRAZY! My cat & dog seem to have no interest in these – so that is important as well! Thank you for your CONSISTENT QUALITY!!! I was not sure what to expect when these plants arrived, due to the extreme heat. However, I was pleasantly surprised upon their arrival. They arrived perfectly packaged, with moist soil, no soil loss and wrapped expertly. I received the following specimens in 4″ pots, Spider Plant, Dragon Tree, Rubber Plant and Jade Pothos. All beautiful and healthy. Will be ordering from them again in the future!
