Manchester United waits for Qatari bid in £6bn battle for Old Trafford

Manchester United is still waiting for a Qatari bid to rival Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s offer in the £6bn race for ownership of Old Trafford. Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani’s team is currently finalising the finer details of their revised offer, which is expected to be submitted soon. On the other hand, fears are heightened that the Glazers’ lofty asking price will cause them to hold on to the club, despite submitted bids. Manchester United fans are eagerly waiting for the bid’s arrival, as the club’s fate hangs in the balance.
