Liverpool, on the other hand, have taken themselves out of contention. Meanwhile, Liverpool are still searching for a new midfielder, with Declan Rice of England, Moises Caicedo of Ecuador, Nicolo Barella of Italy, and Matheus Nunes of Portugal shortlisted. Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, and Monaco are interested in Wilfried Zaha, a 30-year-old Ivorian forward for Crystal Palace. Chris Smalling, a former England defender, appears poised to sign a new two-year contract with Roma, despite interest from Inter Milan, Juventus, and various Premier League clubs. Reims, an English club, have loaned Folarin Balogun, 21, who is valued at £35m by Arsenal, to RB Leipzig.
