Wales fans plan to bid farewell to Gareth Bale with a pitchside presentation before the Latvia game.

Gareth Bale to Receive Emotional Farewell from Wales Fans in Euro 2024 Qualifying Clash with Latvia

Welsh football fans will get a chance to show their appreciation for Gareth Bale, one of the greatest footballers in Welsh history. The former captain retired earlier this year after a stunning 16-year career with the Welsh national team, scoring 41 goals and making 111 appearances. Ahead of the Euro 2024 qualifying clash with Latvia on Tuesday, Bale will receive a pitchside presentation and farewell from fans at Cardiff City Stadium. With the match being a sell-out, the atmosphere is set to be incredible as Wales looks to build on their impressive 1-1 draw with Croatia. Manager Rob Page is expected to field an unchanged side, but the highly-rated teenager Luke Harris, who got Bale’s number 11 jersey, could make his debut.
